FOR THE CREAM:
8 ounces, weight Mascarpone Cheese, At Room Temperature
¾ cups Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1-¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2-½ cups Nutella, Divided
1-½ cup Chopped Hazelnuts, For Topping
